At Lost Peaches Boutique, we pride ourselves on quality and craft. To ensure you receive the freshest designs and to reduce our environmental impact, we use a made to order production model. This means your items are created specifically for you the moment you place your order.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every item we ship. If your order arrives with any manufacturing defects, print errors, or damage sustained during transit, we will make it right immediately.

  • 100% Coverage: We offer full replacements or refunds for any defective items.
  • 7-Day Window: Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of your delivery date.
  • How to Report: Simply email us at hello@lostpeachesboutique.com.au with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will handle the rest—no need to ship the damaged item back.
  • Authenticity Requirement: All images submitted for a refund or replacement claim must be authentic, original photographs of the physical product received. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate, manipulate, or "touch up" images of purported damage is strictly prohibited, and refund will be imminently rejected.

Because each piece is custom-made for you upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
