1. Order Processing Time Because each item is made to order, please allow a few hours for your order to be prepared before it's handed over to our shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 to all destinations, worldwide. Most orders arrive within approximately 7 days of being placed. Delivery can occasionally take a little longer depending on your local depot or destination — we'll keep you updated via tracking the whole way.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For all international orders (outside Australia), please note that Lost Peaches Boutique is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
