Welcome to Lost Peaches Boutique. We are proud to offer custom-printed, high-quality apparel made to order just for you. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

### 1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because our clothing is custom-printed to order to prevent textile waste, items are not sitting in a warehouse. 
* **Processing & Production:** Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before they are dispatched.
* Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been produced and handed over to our shipping carriers, the estimated transit times are as follows:

* **Standard Shipping (Australia):** 7 to 15 business days ($10.00 flat rate)
* **Standard Shipping (New Zealand):** 7 to 15 business days ($10.00 flat rate)

*Please note: Total delivery time equals production time plus transit time.*

### 3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

### 4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our New Zealand customers, please note that Lost Peaches Boutique is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
